It's the second time I order their…
It's the second time I order their clothes I really like but their service is very poor.. I made a wrong order from the site in Spain instead of Greece and my orders never came. I have been sending an email for 3 weeks now and they never answered me. I try to talk to an online chat and I talk to the robot all the time, I want my money back so that I can re-order the same products from the website in Greece

Shockingly bad customer service
Shockingly bad customer service. Don’t answer emails or chat. Great clothes but I will not use again and advise others to shop elsewhere. They are so bad they don’t reply to individual comments on here. Just a copy and paste generic reply. That’s how much time they have for their customers. Avoid!

Customer service seems non existent
Customer service seems non existent. Despite sending repeated emails regarding my return I have only received automated responses and a follow up email asking how they did! Finally managed to get someone to pick up the phone only for them not to do what they said they would. Very disappointed and expensive mistake ordering from this company

Desigual although having admitted my item is faulty are giving me the runaround by requesting the same information be sent to them by autoreply emails. I have sent the requested information on three separate occasions and now I am being ignored. Won't be purchasing another Desigual item bad quality, bad customer service avoid at all costs

Don't buy from them!
On November 2022, I bought a dress Desigual online, but the dress was too small and I had to return. The package arrived in Spain on December 18th. I never received money back.
I keep sending emails, calling, but as of January 18th 2023, I still didn't receive any payments. I end up filed a dispute.

Never again
Never again. Customer service is literally non existing. They just ignore your emails. I was sent a faulty item a month ago and I have been trying to organize a courier parcel collection to get a refund but no luck. Just avoid.

Customer service is rubbish. I ordered something from this company, the delivery was supposed to be from 5 to 7 days, I've been waiting for 2 weeks and the customer service hasn't even responded.

AVOID THEM !!! I received a faulty bag on the 16th of December. It was a Christmas gift for my friend. Emailed them straightaway. Obviously they didn't bother to reply. Emailed them again after Christmas, surprisingly they replied within 2 days. So now I have been trying to arrange a courier to collect the faulty bag for last 3 days or so, but no success. Desigual don't bother to reply to my emails obviously. I ended up with no gift for my friend and with no money. Really frustrating. Never again.

UPDATE. So eventually I was given a full refund but I have also paid for the bag using some cashback I got from the previous purchase. Surprise, surprise I didn't get that back. Emailed them twice already. Nothing... Utterlv frustrating.

I will never buy from Desigual again
I returned a £160 coat to Desigual on 19.11.2022. Despite evidence that it has been lost by UPS, Desigual say it is still at the collection point. I have sent numerous emails but received no responses. They do not answer the phone or when they do, I get put on hold for ages before the call is ended without having spoken to anyone. Any dispute should be between Desigual and UPS. Desigual should refund me have not despite evidence that I returned it to the collection point. Customer service is shocking. I will NEVER buy from Desigual again.

Poor quality!
Received a dress with a giant hole in the front of the neck seam. Out of curiosity I gently attempted to put it on, only to find the neck of the dress was so tight I couldn't even begin to put my head through. I make hats and the measurements legitimately are the size for a newborns head. It was also a very different colour than what was presented online. The material feels *very* cheap. For a $200 dress I expected something quality. Also, the dress arrived a month after I ordered, when it was supposed to take a few days. Now I have to go through the trouble of their multiple step return process, I so badly regret this purchase. I hope I actually get a refund.

I have been trying to return an item to Desigual since 19th November. I requested a collect from home service and the item has not been collected (there is 24 hour concierge so always someone available ) . It is impossible to reach Desigual, they dont respond to emails, if you call the number it has a wrong link. If you dial manually it cuts off after a while. They are an absolute nightmare and I want to return the item and get a refund. I would never use them again with such bad customer experience.

I have ordered a backpack during black friday week sale, they cancelled my order, did not even mail me that they will not send it, I just saw it from Klarna email that it is cancelled. During the sale, I could buy another backpack from Desigual or another supplier, now everything is full price and since I need one urgently. I have to pay full price to buy another bag. I am never buying again from Desigual webpage. Desigual, if you do not have a product in your stock, just do not put it in your website. If you make a mistake like this, at least email the customer that you are sorry and offer the same discount for another item. Sale is over and I can not afford a full price item!

Doesn't post to Northern Ireland. Ridiculous to say the least.

I wouldn't mind if the Ireland site covered Northern Ireland to cover the gap but it doesn't.

I had been able to order online before for delivery but this has changed.

No doubt the company will blame Brexit

that is amazing beautiful items, but all clothes they make the arms area and armpit area very very deep cut, should be a little smaller cut there, to be able to wear the shortest people too. especially stretch items, are adjustable even on tall people. not all woman are 180+ cm height

terrible experience, no money, no product, no way to conact -.-
They send some emails regarding my order in polish (which is fine, I speak polish) and some in spanish. What is the point of sending spanish email regarding delivery instead of english (or the language of the country that the order is being send to). Additionally I tried to contact Desigual but the "contact" and "help" button on their site is not working.
SCAM.
